At hereubags.com, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
Returns Policy
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
- Start Your Return – Visit our Return Portal to request a return.
- Pack Your Item – Use the original packaging if possible.
- Ship It Back – Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and select “Exchange” in the portal.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
